Q: How long does it take for an order to be processed?
A: Orders typically take up to 2 days to be processed before they are shipped – excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirming of your purchase with the tracking number when your order has been shipped out.

A: Yes, we ship worldwide.
Q: Why my tracking number says NOT FOUND?
A: Tracking numbers can take up to 2-3 days to start showing some updates, please wait 2-3 days before checking your order at our Order Tracking Page with the tracking number provided by us.
Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping methods for international orders will vary based on the shipping address provided.
Delivery time to United States: 10 – 15 business days.
Delivery time to international: 10 – 45 business days.
An order takes 3 weeks on average to be delivered.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Q: Can I make any change to order/shipping address?
A: We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. if a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at asap and we will do our best to accommodate that change, but we cannot make any promises.
if the item(s) has/have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes to the order. In that case, you can return the incorrect item to our corporate offices and we will swap it for the correct item.
